Vigil for Separated Children at Processing Center - NYC
NEW YORK, NY – JUNE 21, 2018: A vigil is held at the Manhattan social service agency Cayuga Children's Centers in Harlem Manhattan (1916 Park Ave) which holds undocumented Central American children separated from their parents at the southern U.S. border. According to NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio, the center is holding over 230 children who were separated from their families while crossing. On a side note: On Wednesday June 20, 2018 President Donald Trump singed an executive order ending his policy of separating families at the border. #keepfamiliestogether #Not1More #DismantleICE #EndFamilySeparation (Footage by Tomas Abad/Getty Images).
