VOICED: It was always going to be a difficult conference for Theresa May, but no-one could have predicted her big speech would be quite as tough as it proved to be.
The Prime Minister announced plans to cap energy bills - a controversial manifesto pledge - would proceed, and said an additional 2 billion pounds would be made available for affordable housing.
But those key announcements were overshadowed by a series of unfortunate events, a prankster handing her a spoof P45, a persistent cough, and even a set that fell apart around her as she spoke.
Sky's political editor Faisal Islam reports on the unplanned end to conference. >> on October 04, 2017 in Manchester, England.
