Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse joins Senate Democrats to urge President Donald Trump not to pull out of the Paris climate agreement. Whitehouse refers to a letter sent to Trump not to pull out of the 2016 agreement, big advertisements taken out, including a 2009 New York Times full-page ad signed by Donald Trump, son Eric and daughter Ivanka. White House says there were two Donald Trumps, one who urged action in 2009 in Copenhagen and then 2017 Donald Trump, who considering getting out of Paris, which is hard to reconcile, he having a simple choice to be a world leader or decide to be the toady for the Koch brothers climate denial operation and the Breitbart fake news operation. Whitehouse says Democrats hope he takes the good road, having met that morning with Pope Francis, quoting him that that God always forgives, but mankind sometimes forgives but nature never forgets.
