Mike Pence and Tim Kaine Debate North Korea and Foundation Activities

CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano moderates as Democratic Party vice presidential candidate Senator Tim Kaine and Republican Party vice presidential candidate Governor Mike Pence debate the nuclear threat of North Korea. Pence says that the United States needs to rebuild its military, that effective American diplomacy needs to put pressure on Kim Jong Un to abandon North Korea's nuclear program. Pence then brings up the Clinton Foundation accepting donations from foriegn governments. Kaine says that the Clinton Foundation helps combat the opiod pandemic, that Clinton did not act to benefit the foundation as Secretary of State, the Trump Foundation has many conflicts of interest and that the Trump Foundation works with Russia.
