Nanette Barragan Questions DHS Secretary about Trump Travel Moratorium

Freshman California Congresswoman Nanette Barragan asks Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly at a hearing on border security about where the United States does not have an embassy, which he does not know, but indicates that the seven nations covered by a travel moratorium issued by the Trump administration that there are none, and that another would take up duties in those countries. Barragan and Kelly discuss the vetting process at current, Barragan pressing Kelly to admit there was chaos in the wake of the issuance of the action, based on her visit to an airport and making calls which she was hung up while dozens were being detained. Kelly says to take his word for it that customs and border patrol were doing their normal job at airport counters and most travelers were allowed to pass, a part of normal, everyday operations in airports, but unusual to take a call from a member of Congress.
