Extreme weather. Near Corsicana, Texas. An exit ramp has been closed on the Interstate 45 highway in Texas, USA due to extreme flooding. The torrential rain continues to fall. Personal perspective of person standing on side of road observing floods as they cover the feeder road. Photographer went to side of road to film this during the heavy downpour. Sorry for the rough motion but the rain and wind were both very strong.
