Zelkova Serrata leaves, also called Japanese Zelkova, Japanese Elm, or Keyaki - stock photo
Native to Japan, Korea, Eastern China and Taiwan, this is grown as ornamental tree and used as bonsai. It's medium size, short trunk that divides into many spreading and upright stems. The leaves are green in summer and yellow, orange and red in autumn. It's planted for it's attractive bark, leaf color and shape. This was photographed in a botanical garden.
