The Collapsed Building for Lawlessness - stock photo

Rome, Italy - January 24, 2016: close up on the building collapsed at the fifth and sixth floor because of the violations of the physics and civil laws. The owner of the fifth floor demolished some bearing walls - those walls were forbidden to demolish - and the owner of the terrace at the sixth floor placed heavy vases with plants, those vases began heavier when the plants were watered. Luckily, there were no casualties. In this photo is possible to see very well how strong was the reinforced concrete and the fault was just the inside bearing walls demolished. The heavy weights on the terrace completed the disaster.
