Burrata With Filo Pastry - stock photo

Burrata served with roasted tomatoes with filo pastry. Colour, horizontal format with some copy space. Take 8 sheets of filo pastry, brushing with melted butter in-between each layer, on top of the last layer place some sliced cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and add the capers, leave enough room around the edge to fold the edges over to make a “parcel”. Bake for 20 minutes until the filo pastry turns a rich golden brown colour, allow to cool on a wire tray then cut serve with fresh burrata and basil leaves. Delicious!
