Baked Pear with Gorgonzola Cheese and Walnuts - stock photo

Baked pear with walnuts and gorgonzola cheese. The pear have been sliced in half, seasoned with salt pepper and thyme, cinnamon and brushed with a small amount of olive oil. Then baked at 375/180 degrees for around 15 minutes, removed from the oven the cheese and walnuts are added before being placed back in the oven for another 10 minutes or so. Served with fresh yoghurt and honey. Colour, vertical format with some copy space, please see my other pictures in the series.
