Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, USA: the Aloha Tower, a historic landmark at Honolulu Harbor, was completed in 1926 as a 184-foot lighthouse and control tower to welcome arriving ships, serving as Hawaii's tallest structure for four decades and a symbol of maritime tourism. Designed in Hawaiian Gothic style, it features a prominent clock and observation deck offering harbor views; after decades of service, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
