Technicians are on stand by in the Jupiter room at the european space centre of Kourou, French Guiana, on December 28, 2010 as the launching of the Ariane V rocket has been postponed for 24 hours due to bad weather conditions and strong winds in altitude. Ariane V in its 199th flight is expected to place into geostationary orbit two telecommunication satellites, the Hispasat 1E for Spain and the Koreasat 6 for the South Korea's Korea Telecom.
