Yom HaZikaron Is Observed In Israel

Yom HaZikaron is the national memorial day for Israeli military and security personnel who were killed in defense of the State of Israel, as well as the memorial day for all victims of terror. Yom HaZikaron comes the day before Israel celebrates Independence Day, to remind people of the price paid for their independence and of what was achieved with the soldiers' sacrifice.
