African American Students Pass Pro-Segregation Demonstrators
Police stand guard as a group of African American students, escorted by Reverend James L. Johnson, march past two demonstrators protesting desegregation at Baltimore high schools. Some 2000 white teenagers, shouting pro-segregation slogans, paraded through the streets and staged noisy demonstrations outside of several high schools.
