Armenia-Georgia-Protest
Members of the National Democratic Alliance Party of Armenia held a rally outside the Delegation of the European Union in solidarity with the people of Georgia, who have been protesting the results of the recent elections and the Georgian Dream party's decision to suspend the EU accession process with fears will bring the country more in the sphere of Russia again. Tens of thousands of Georgians have taken to the streets across the country, with the largest demonstrations concentrated in the capital, Tbilisi. In response, police have employed heavy-handed tactics against protestors and journalists which has deepened public distrust in the current government.
