GREYMOUTH, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 21: In this handout provided by the Stand With Pike Families Reference Group, the Pike River Mine is entered with heavy equipment on May 21, 2019 in Greymouth, New Zealand. The official re-entry took place this morning, two and a half weeks after it was postponed because of problems with gas-monitoring equipment. 29 men were trapped and killed underground at the Pike River Coal Mine following an explosion on 19 November 2010. The 2.3km drift tunnel has been sealed 30m from the portal entrance since November 2016, with double airlock doors behind a wall of about 800mm of concrete.
