The platter included three different types of injera (one is imported straight from Ethiopia), Asa Dullet (fish dullet, cooked with onions, jalapeños, garlic, ginger, mitmita, and oil) along with Misir (spicy lentils), Ater kik (yellow peas), Gomen (collard greens), Tickeled Gomen (cooked cabbage and carrots), Tamatim Salad (tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños), Shiro (pureed chick peas), Keysir Salad (beets salad), Potato and Carrot Salad, Azifa (cooked whole lentil salad), Suf Fitfit (sunflower juice mixed with injera), Tamatim Fitfit (tomato salad mixed with injera), Cabbage Salad mixed with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños.
