(Original Caption) 7/26/80-MOSCOW: England's Steve Ovett (270) beats fellow countryman and rival Sebastian Coe (254) across the finish line to win the 800-meter run at the Olympics in Moscow July 26.His time was 1:45.4,three seconds slower than Coe's world record for the distance.It was only the second race between the two,who have dominated middle-distance running for more than a year.They were in the same race in 1978 but neither won it.Coe won the 1,500 meter race at the Olympics August 1 and Ovett was third.Ovett currently holds the world record for the mile.UPI jo/Joe Marquette
