BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - JANUARY 23: Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Hassan Shoukry (L) is welcome by the Cyprus Minister of Foreign Affairs Constantinos Kombos (R) prior the start of an EU-Egypt Association Council in the Europa building, the EU Council headquarter on January 23, 2024 in Brussels, Belgium. The Association Council will focus on bilateral relations, including cooperation to enhance stability in Egypt and in the EU including human rights, security, counter-terrorism, and migration as well as cooperation in economic and social issues ranging from investments to environment and energy.
