NEW YORK, UNITED STATES: Donovan Cowan, the last of the severely injured victims from the World Trade Center 11 September attack, wipes tears from his eyes at a press conference announcing his release from New York's Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Burn Center 21 February, 2002k. Cowan is an accountant for Fiduciary Trust who was on the 84th floor of 2 World Trade Center when the plane hit on 11 September.
