Mario Iguaran, from Colombia's Attorney General's office, confirmed that DNA tests show that a child in foster care in Colombia under the name of Juan David Gomez is almost certainly Emmanuel Rojas - the boy born to FARC hostage since 2002 Clara Rojas, whom the rebels had promised to release.
