Bosnian Croats set fire to a float carrying this year's carnival mascot, an effigy of the President of the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Judge Carmel Agius, in the southern-Bosnian town of Capljina on February 13, 2018. The mascot, a symbol of misfortune, is to be burned at the end of the carnival festivities. Judge Agius became a hated figure after sentencing six Bosnian Croats for war crimes against non-Croat population, during the Bosnian war through 1992-1995. / AFP PHOTO / ELVIS BARUKCIC (Photo credit should read ELVIS BARUKCIC/AFP via Getty Images)
