An old worker is collecting sands from the debris in a Stone Crashing Plant in Sylhet, Bangladesh. A huge percentage of stone is being supplied to all over the Bangladesh from Sylhet. Mainly Bholagonj and Jaflong are two places from where these stones are collected. Besides, lots of stones are being imported by various importer as well to meet the demand. To meet the demand of stone a lot of stone crashing plants are also established in and around Bholagonj and Jaflong. Except the Monsoon all over the year these stone crashing plants remain busy where hundreds of workers works to earn their livelihood. Crashing Plant owners earns a handsome amount of money but do not ensure the safety and other basic essentials for the workers. Besides, these workers are low paid.
