Tanner Argues With Crawford
Pittsburgh Pirates manager Chuck Tanner (L) and plate umpire Jerry Crawford are nose to nose and mouth to mouth as they try to out-shout each other when Tanner objected to Crawford's calls allowing a Cubs walk during the 6th inning of game 9/28. Tanner lost the argument and was ejected from the game. Chicago Cubs won the game, 3-2. Pittsburgh's John Milner and Dave Parker were also ejected from the game when they joined in the argument from the bench.
